The Learning Sanctuary- Singapore Homeschooling!

The Learning Sanctuary was birthed with the primary purpose to provide a stress free alternative [Singapore Homeschooling] to mainstream education in Singapore. Learning is individualized to suit each and every student’s pace. In our Singapore Homeschooling System, every student is encouraged to learn more actively and independently, and nurtured to love learning that stays with them through their lives.

“The Learning Sanctuary will prepare students academically with an accredited International Christian homeschool Academy. We train them for critical thinking and biblical decision making for life and eternity.”

In our Singapore Homeschooling System, we are currently using The Accelerated Christian Education program developed by the School of Tomorrow from the USA. This program includes an academic course (with English, science, social studies and Math as the core subjects) built on a theistic philosophic foundation. The homeschooling program goes beyond simply helping students learn the academics required to enter college (ie. grade 12 or ‘A’ level). It was purposed to build a life-long burning passion to learn and grow spiritually. It has been in the US for more than 35 years and has been used extensively by homeschoolers.

“The Learning Sanctuary has recently incorporated S.A.T. preparatory course for students seeking entry into universities that require S.A.T. We have also tied up with Gannon University in Pennsylvania, USA to provide for our students an opportunity for higher education in a Tier 1 American institution”

Student counseling and mentoring also form part of our homeschooling method to ensure students perform at their best without being bogged down by problems and stresses in life.
